This Form is provided to the Buyer BEFORE the conclusion of the distance sales contract pursuant to the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 5. The Buyer declares electronically that they have read and understood this Form and consents to proceed with the Distance Sales Agreement.

For events offered by an individual host, the Host is the primary seller. The Host's full trade name, address and contact details are displayed on the event page and order summary.
2. Basic Features of the Service
The type, name, description, duration, instructor/organizer and other basic features of the service subject to the contract are displayed on the order summary screen. The three main categories are:
2.1. Live Online Event
Conducted over the internet via video call (WebRTC). Access is provided at the specified date and time.
2.2. In-Person Event
Conducted physically at the specified address. Entry is granted via the QR code on the ticket.
2.3. On-Demand Content
Access to pre-prepared digital content for the specified duration after purchase.
3. Service Fee and Payment

4. Delivery / Performance

| Performance Date | The date/time specified on the event page. |
5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Exist
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases under Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15:
- Art. 15/1-g: Contracts for the use of leisure time to be performed on a specific date or period (event tickets and live broadcasts).
- Art. 15/1-ğ: Services performed instantly via electronic means and intangible goods delivered instantly (digital content, subscriptions).
- Art. 15/1-h: Services whose performance has commenced with the consumer's consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
By confirming this Form, the Buyer acknowledges giving explicit consent to immediate performance of the service and that they understand they cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
5.2. Additional Refund Right Provided by Meetverse
Despite the statutory exception, the following additional refund right is provided pursuant to Section 7.2 of the Distance Sales Agreement:

5.3. Refund Period
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 14 days at the latest.

6. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
- First Application: destek@meetverse.org
- Consumer Arbitration Board: For disputes below the monetary thresholds, the District/Provincial Consumer Arbitration Board of the Buyer's place of residence.

7. Retention of and Access to the Contract
- A copy of the Distance Sales Agreement is sent to the Buyer as a durable medium (e-mail) with the order confirmation.
- Past contracts can be accessed at any time under "My Account > Transaction History".
8. Confirmation
The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood this Preliminary Information Form, that they have been informed of all matters herein, and that the duty to inform has been duly fulfilled. Upon this confirmation, the process proceeds to the signing of the Distance Sales Agreement.
Effective: This Form is effective from the date the Buyer electronically confirms it.
