2. Definition of the Subscription
Meetverse Creator / Premium subscription is an auto-renewing digital service subscription providing creators and/or hosts with additional features, content quotas, visibility and tools. When purchased through the Apple App Store and Google Play, the corresponding store's "auto-renewable subscription" policies also apply (Section 13).
3. Subscription Plans and Fees
- Active plans are listed in the in-app "Subscriptions" page.
- Each plan specifies its monthly/annual fee, scope, quota and term.
- Prices are denominated in Turkish Lira (TRY); VAT is included.
- In case of a price change, the new fee applies from the next renewal period; the current subscription period is not affected.
4. Free Plan / Trial Period
- A standard free trial is not provided.
- Meetverse may, as part of campaigns, offer free or discounted use for specific plans on a periodic basis. In such cases, the campaign terms, duration, usage limits and post-campaign fee are clearly displayed on the purchase screen.
- At the end of the campaign, the standard fee of the plan applies automatically; if auto-renewal is not cancelled, the fee will be charged.
5. Payment and Auto-Renewal
5.1. Initial Payment
- The plan fee is charged at the start of the subscription.
- Payment methods: credit/debit card, saved card, BKM Express, Apple Pay / Google Pay (if available), or the Apple App Store / Google Play account.
- 3DSv2 authentication may be required.
5.2. Auto-Renewal
- The subscription is renewed automatically at the end of the term.
- A reminder is sent by e-mail at least 3 days before the renewal.
- The renewal fee is charged to the saved payment method.
- If the charge fails, a dunning (retry) process begins; if unsuccessful within 7 days, the subscription is suspended and premium features are restricted.
5.3. Cancelling Auto-Renewal
Auto-renewal can be cancelled at any time via Subscriptions > "Disable Auto-Renewal". In this case, service continues until the end of the current period, after which the subscription ends and no further charge is made. For purchases through the Apple App Store / Google Play, cancellation must be performed through the relevant store (Section 13).
6. Plan Changes
6.1. Upgrade
The price difference is charged instantly upon upgrade; new features are activated immediately.
6.2. Downgrade
Downgrades are effective at the start of the next period; the previous plan continues to be used during the current period.
7. Right of Withdrawal, Refund Conditions and Reimbursement
7.1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Under Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15/1-ğ, the statutory right of withdrawal is limited for digital services performed instantly via electronic means. By purchasing the subscription, the Subscriber is deemed to have given explicit consent to the immediate commencement of performance.
7.2. First 14 Days Additional Refund
- Within 14 days of the initial purchase, a full refund is granted if all of the following are met:
- No quota has been consumed,
- No premium features have been used,
- For creator subscriptions, no course/video has been uploaded or put up for sale.
- Where partial usage exists, a proportional deduction is made based on the consumed quota and features.
7.3. Refund After Renewal
- A refund may be requested within 7 days of the renewal date provided no usage has occurred.
- After this period, no refund is made; the Subscriber may avoid being charged for the next term by cancelling auto-renewal.
7.4. Refund Upon Termination by Meetverse
If Meetverse terminates the service unilaterally (other than due to the Subscriber's fault), the unused portion of the period is refunded proportionately.

7.6. Refund Period
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 14 days at the latest. For store-based purchases, refunds are processed by Apple / Google and subject to the store's own policies.
8. Service Usage Limits
- Each plan has its own monthly event/course/quota limit.
- Where the limit is exceeded, new content creation may be restricted, or additional charges may apply depending on the plan.
- Unused quotas do not roll over to the next month.
9. Suspension of the Subscription
Meetverse may suspend the subscription in cases including:
- Dunning following a payment failure,
- Breach of this Agreement or the Community Rules,
- Decision of a competent authority,
- Suspicion of fraud.
During suspension, premium features are restricted; existing events and content are preserved or hidden depending on their status.
10. Termination of the Subscription
10.1. By the Subscriber
The subscription may be terminated via "Cancel Subscription"; service continues until the end of the current period.
10.2. By Meetverse
In case of contractual breach, the subscription may be terminated immediately; otherwise upon 30 days' prior notice.
11. Data Retention
Courses and events of subscribers whose subscription has ended are archived and processed under DPL Art. 7 and the Privacy Policy. As long as the account is not deleted, no data loss occurs.
12. Time-Limited Campaigns, Discounts and Promotions
- Campaign terms (start/end date, limit, scope, conditions) are announced separately.
- Unless otherwise stated, campaigns are available only to new subscribers.
- At the end of the campaign, the standard plan fee applies; charges continue if auto-renewal remains active.
- In case of campaign abuse (multiple accounts, false information, etc.), Meetverse reserves the right to cancel the campaign and suspend the account.
13. Store Subscriptions (Apple App Store / Google Play)
13.1. Payment Method
Subscriptions purchased via the mobile app are processed:
- Via Meetverse's integrated payment infrastructure (PayTR / iyzico), or
- Via the Apple App Store / Google Play account. The method used is clearly displayed on the purchase screen.
13.2. Apple App Store
- Charged to the payment method linked to the Apple ID.
- Auto-renewal: Charged 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Cancellation: Must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the next renewal.
- Management: iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
- Refund: Requested via Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Meetverse has no direct refund authority.
13.3. Google Play
- Charged to the payment method linked to the Google account.
- Auto-renewal: Charged 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Cancellation: Google Play > Profile > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Refund: Requested via Google Play at https://support.google.com/googleplay.
13.4. Auto-Renewal Disclosure (Apple Guideline 3.1.2 / Google Play — Mandatory)
The following information is shown to the user before confirming the purchase:
This is an auto-renewing subscription.
- Subscription name: Meetverse Creator / Premium
- Subscription period: Monthly or annual (depending on the selected plan)
- Price: The amount specified upon purchase confirmation
- Renewal: Automatic. Charged 24 hours before the end of the period.
- Cancellation: Must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- How to cancel: Apple ID / Google Play for store purchases; in-app for PayTR/iyzico purchases.
- Promotion period: Where applicable, the paid subscription begins automatically at the end of the promotion; if not cancelled at least 24 hours before, the fee will be charged.
13.5. Conflicts
If the same user purchases the same plan via both PayTR/iyzico and a store, the most recently active subscription prevails. For support: destek@meetverse.org.
13.6. Priority of Store Policies
Apple and Google's subscription management, refund and renewal policies prevail for purchases made through those stores.
13.7. Family Sharing
Sharing of Creator/Premium subscriptions via Apple Family Sharing / Google Play Family Library is disabled; each host/creator requires a separate subscription.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply.
- For Subscribers who qualify as consumers, the Consumer Courts and Consumer Arbitration Boards of the Subscriber's place of residence are competent; in other cases, the Istanbul (Anadolu) Courts and Enforcement Offices are competent.
15. Amendments
Material amendments to this Agreement will be announced at least 30 days in advance via e-mail and in-app notification. A Subscriber who does not accept the changes may disable auto-renewal to end the subscription at the end of the current period.
